Rai Prints is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect photos, low-resolution images, or other errors provided or approved by the customer.

If a design preview or proof is provided for approval, production may begin once the customer approves the design.

By uploading or sending us a photo, logo, image, artwork, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

You grant Rai Prints permission to use the submitted content only as necessary to design, produce, and fulfill your order.

Rai Prints reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that we believe may be illegal, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Product Appearance

Because our products are individually produced, slight variations may occur between the digital preview and the finished product.

Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may appear slightly different from the colors of the final printed product.

Minor differences in positioning, color, or print appearance are normal for personalized products and are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when applicable.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Rai Prints reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and confirmed.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order, change the design, or receive a refund.

Because personalized products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the customer changes their mind.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Rai Prints, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, Rai Prints may provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds or replacements will not normally be provided for errors resulting from information, images, spelling, sizes, or designs submitted or approved by the customer.

8. Shipping

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are primarily controlled by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
